The rooms are of good quality and are all well kept and nicely decorated. Amenities include satellite TV, hairdryer and air-conditioning. All units feature a balcony overlooking views of Ayia Napa and its surrounding areas. The main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner offering a variety of local and other European favourites. A large area of the restaurant offers al fresco dining. A very symmetrical whitewashed and purposely built hotel. Very typical of other hotels in the area. The lobby is large and covers the whole ground floor. A great location in Ayia Napa making it ideal for families. Facilities include an outdoor pool and water sports. Regular theme nights with live entertainment are organised in the restaurant. (DB 01/09)

Located on the popular Sandy bay, this sea front hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. A wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs surround this property.
For us it was really a place to sleep in a difficult period to find availability in Ayia Napa.
The reception (in particular) as well as the whole of the staff were very welcoming and eager to assist us by meeting our needs. We initially stayed in 'triple room' which in fact was a double with the addition of a camp bed for the child + a baby cod for the smaller one. Basically there was not room to move around!
As the hotel was built in 1987 (and although recently renovated), the bathroom was old and to be honest it was not comforting at all.
Although the next day we were moved to a family room after our request (and of course paying a very small amount as extra charge), the water wouldn't go down in the bathroom! Thus, they called a plumber the next day and fixed it.
All-in-all, if I had a choice to stay somewhere else (even paying relatively higher price), I wouldn't choose this hotel.
