Well here was I thinking I was paying £206 for 2 double rooms not including breakfast and expecting a good experience. Got 2 rooms on the 6th floor... thought that'd be nice... the rooms were quite small, as were the beds. our room had a small old tv with a remote control that didn't work, the pipes under the sink were visible and all you could see outside was the air conditioning units and these were quite noisy. meanwhile in the other room the air conditioning started to smoke and then sparked up when someone came to look at it so my friends had to be moved to the 4th floor. would i stay here again? no... was it worth it... no! location is perfect but i'd pay less for other hotels and get more!

Excellent service, great location cannot fault this hotel at all
this hotel is great, in a twin room we had a double bed each and they were super comfy-they even had duck feather pillows. Room decoy pleasant and modern, both bathroom and room a good size. refrigerator in the room a bonus.both reception and bar/restaurant staff we very friendly and helpful.the downstairs restaurant was also very nice-but menu is limited.the only fault I could make is that the TV is in an odd spot but it is swivel so you can watch it from seating area or bed and unlimited free wifi would be nice (you only get 30 mins per guest free which is still better than some hotels). hotel is near to everything and is on the free metrobus routes (purple stop right outside, orange stop around the corner).hotel can be easy to miss is your not paying attention.

Myself, partner and 8 year old daughter booked into the Arora and were really pleased with our very spacious room. Two double beds(not squashed together), a dressing table with mirror, chair and hair-dryer, two armchairs, a tv, wardrobe with 6/7 hangers, iron, ironing board. The en-suite, including power shower, was modern and was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds, had a great nights sleep.Could not have asked for a nicer room. Breakfast was served in a lovely relaxing dining room and the food could not be faulted with a good selection to suit even the fussiest of guests. Staff were all very polite and friendly.
Would not hesitate to book here again.
