Location was very good within walking distance of the seafront and the conference centre. Overall the hotel is in need of reburbishment as looking very dated and tired. The room was adequate but the over bath shower was only suitable for someone very short as positioned half way up the wall. Had to crouch down to wash my hair. Not suitable for physically impaired as the hotel appears to be two houses joined together and had long winding narrow corridors with steps along the way, very awkward to get around with luggage. Also, the lift was broken and had to carry heavy suitcase up stairs.
