The Boltons is located in Earls Court, in the heart of London, a walking distance from the Earls Court and Olympia Exhibition centres, and almost next to the underground station, making it a fantastic base from which to discover this culturally rich and vibrant city.
Having been totally refurbished, the rooms are in excellent condition, and so are the bathrooms. Medium in size, the rooms are modern in style, but very comfortable and designed to high standards.
Decorated in beige, browns and greys colours, and furnished with wooden furniture, rich fabrics and luxurious white duvets, the rooms will please all types of travellers.
The breakfast room is located in the ground floor and have natural light coming from windows at the end. It serves continental style breakfast and is decorated following the same modern look as the rest of the hotel.
Made out of several Georgia period town houses, it's a beautiful red-brick and white stucco building restored to almost original condition, with the exception of the modern hotel entrance.
The lobby is airy and very modern, almost minimalist in style. The reception desk and lobby area follows the very contemporary style of the hotel.
This is a completely new hotel, having just been opened in December 2008. Very modern, conveniently located and highly recommended. (01/09 RPL).

I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff at reception were friendly and polite. The hotel is only two minutes away from Earls Court tube station (make sure you take the Earls Court Road exit and not the Warwick Road exit), which is on both the Piccadilly line (convenient for Heathrow) and District tube lines. Breakfast in the morning had a reasonable choice of cereals, breads and hot food etc. Again the staff were friendly. The only downside is that the hotel room and toilet is very "compact" but acceptable on the basis that it is a single bedroom near the centre of London. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Positives - great location, easy to find from tube station, convienent for use as base to head out and about, well decorated, usual mod cons, solid breakfast available, good staff - found all staff very helpful. Downside - rooms are small, stairs very very narrow. I recommend this hotel for those looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel within the central London district. Unfortunately would not advise for families with small children - the only reason for this is the sheer lack of size in the rooms. Should be fine for 2 adults sharing but not when travelling with little ones, my experience has always been that the smaller children are the more room they seem to require! Hope this helps. Good luck!
