Roomex and Expensify have announced a new partnership with the launch of a direct integration that enables companies booking hotel accommodation to auto-expense their hotel bills.
Existing Roomex customers will have the option to enable the Expensify integration on their personalised Roomex platform. Expensify customers who are new to Roomex can visit the Expensify.roomex.com site, where they can search for and book hotels and automatically have their booking receipts imported into their Expensify account. For Expensify customers Roomex will:
- Allow hotel billing to be automatically added to expense reports for seamless expense tracking and reimbursement.
- Provide the widest range of business hotel inventory with over 650,000 hotels worldwide
- Benchmark rates booked against 35 global suppliers of corporate hotel inventory
- Save on average 21% on work-related hotel bookings
- Create an efficient hotel booking process with no fees or contracts
For companies with regular hotel requirements Roomex will create a personalised Roomex platform, free of charge.
