The Cadogan is located in the heart of Knightsbridge, just moments from Knightsbridge tube station and Sloane Square. The hotel is within 3 minutes walk of Harrods and Harvey Nichols. Knightsbridge is well knows for its high end fashion retailers such as Prada, Gucci and Versace to name a few. Sloan Street itself has beautiful private Gardens and is nearby to the museums, Hyde Park and the West End.
The superior double rooms feature spacious marble bathrooms, luxurious furnishings and views of the surrounding area. The average room size is 18sqm. The rooms still use much of the original antique mahogany furniture mixed with contemporary/designer lamps, beds and flat screen televisions, retaining much of the Edwardian grandeur of the hotel, but creating a contemporary atmosphere. Luxurious fabrics have been used for curtains and bedspreads.
The newly refurbished and re launched Langtry's restaurant is the perfect place to satisfy your appetite while shopping in one of the world's most famous shopping spots. The magnificent restaurant with it's Victorian Grand fire place and plaster designs, has been updated and furnished using designer lamps, chairs and fabrics, and mixes traditional Victorian matt colours with bright, contemporary reds. It serves traditional English cuisine 'with a twist', by the famous chef Robert Lyons. There is also a drawing room which is sumptuously decorated and is famous for its impressive afternoon tea.
It is a very elegant and imposing Victorian building. The hotel entrance is discreet, with a large wooden door framed by pillars.
The lobby is small but cozy and airy. A contemporary reception desk and designer lamps are mixed with wood paneling, rich fabric curtains, oil paintings and the original mosaic flooring, to create a luxurious but contemporary feeling. Every single guest will be received with a complimentary welcome drink on arrival, will be shown around the hotel and personally accompanied to their rooms.
The Cadogan is the epitome of genteel English luxury. With its prestigious Knightsbridge address, The Cadogan is perfectly located on Sloane Street amongst famed designer boutiques such as Chanel, Gucci, Prada and Hermes and a short stroll to Harvey Nichols and Harrods. This luxury hotel in central London offers 64 elegantly decorated guest rooms and suites, along with a delightfully rich history.

we really enjoyed our stay at the Cadogan. We were in london for The Olympia horse show and the hotel proved an excellent base for that and shopping.
Located on Sloane st., it has two tube stations within easy walking distance, taxis and buses stop almost outside the front door.. The area is quiet with a lovely park opposite the hotel but Harrods and the main knightsbridge shopping area is a five minute walk down the street.
As we were late back both evenings we did not have dinner, however we did order room service on our second night and the sandwiches were some of the best I have ever tasted.Breakfast is excellent ,I can highly recommend the Eggs Benedict.
The hotel buliding is very old with an interesting history ,tastefully decorated, quiet and warm. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly. Our room ,while not huge was ample in size but we would have preferred a king size bed instead of the queen.Only one point to note, watch out for the mini bar prices, however the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of water each night, the bed was turned down and soothing music was playing on the clock radio when we returned, small touches which help the Cadogan stand out from many other hotels of a similar grade.
I would heartily recommend the Cadogan whether your visit to London is for Business or Pleasure.
