Located in County Donegal on the beautiful Inishowen Peninsula the Redcastle Hotel is bordered on one side by the waters of Lough Foyle and on the other by its own picturesque golf course. It is a hotel full of character with sophisticated decor and breathtaking views.
we were staying for a wedding, which was lovely from start to finish, the meal was excellent, the staff were very friendly and professional. I absolutely loved our room which had a beautiful sea view and was large and comfortable, the breakfast was really nice and kept us going the whole day, I loved the whole experience and would have no qualms about recommending this hotel to anyone and look forward to returning to it myself someday.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend. The location is beautiful and the views amazing. The staff were very friendly and the food was really tasty. The room was standard size and nothing special but it was clean and spacious. The TV in the room however could do with updating as the sound was very poor on most stations. Also surprised at how early the bar closed (12am) even though there was quite a number of people still in the bar area. Only a minor issue though as you could still call the night porter if you wanted another drink. Would recommend staying in this hotel for a quiet relaxing weekend. However there is very little to do in the area so would only recommend it on the basis of a relaxing spa break. Definitely would recommend eating in the bar or restaurant as the food was perfect. Would recommend the beef.

Beautiful hotel! Went to see what it was like as family wedding being held there next year. Very impressed. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good service in the bar with reasonable prices. Good food served also. Bar was a bit quiet for us though. Also disappointed there was no sauna or steam room in the spa. But enjoyed the pool.
