Nice sized room, very clean and well decorated. Had a superb dinner in the restaurant. Staff very attentive, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was of a high quality. Only minor negative was long meandering walk from reception to my room. But mine was very close to the "end".

Nice hotel, grounds are fantastic. Ideal for an active or ...
Overall a lovely hotel and a lovely stay. Room was very nice and bed extremely comfortable. Hotel is very run down from the outside which is a shame as inside quite beautiful. The views from the bar and restaurant are fab. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful but we found several staff to be quite rude and abrupt.

A very dated hotel that appears like little has changed to the interior since the 1980s. We just stayed for one night and it was fine for what we needed as were spending limited time in the hotel but would not recommend for a holiday break. On arrival, our room had a stained duvet and no hot water in the shower. When we contacted reception, they immediately offered to change rooms. Reception staff were very friendly and could not be faulted as organised taxis and room transfers without any fuss.
