I had a one night stay at City West hotel and the check in staff were very nice and helpful. The Rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast the next day was not good. The hotel was fully booked and understood it was busy but for a large hotel I expected to find a cup on the table or near the coffee station. There was a lot of staff standing around and I constantly had to ask for cups where is the knifes and folks. It was hard work for a breakfast would not recomend it. Linen table cloths was also stainned on a lot of tables. Breakfast needs improvemnt.

Great location checked in within minutes even with such a big que before me. Big bedroom beautifully decorated warm and so welcoming. Tea/coffee making facilities a nice touch. Plenty of accessories in bathroom, great shower. Very clean with crisp white sheets. Fantastic Breakfast had such a choice to choose from hot or cold. Great value and looking forward to returning soon with family and friends. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at City West numerous times and at least twice a month have Sunday lunch there. We were there this time to see The Tommy Teirnan show. We checked in and a lovely lady up graded our room because we were regular visitors. We booked the Bistro for dinner. However after a lovely start with the upgrade this is where it went wrong. Our meal was terrible, thankfully the staff who are lovely didn't charge us for one of the meals, both were sent back just picked at. When we went to see the show, the sound was really bad and we were only in the second row, I'm glad we weren't at the back. So unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed.

Breakfast and Lunch- food very good especially carvery lunch. Room big and everything in order in room- spotless. No noise Wednesday and Thursday nights. However, Friday night was very noisy some kind of Irish dancing tournament going on children banging doors, parents loud voices, children running around hotel corridors and in the bar area not always under the control of the parents mad stuff! Staff in the hotel very welcoming especially waiting staff and man who takes the breakfast voucher at door. Staff in the leisure center also very nice and had a couple of wonderful swims. Oh the lift was out of order on and off on the Swift Wing over the 3 nights I was staying. I staying on the 4th floor, a lot of stairs and walking to my room from reception.
