Convenient for Heathrow Airport. Plenty of amenities, including choice of restaurants. We had a very nice meal in the Grill with very nice wait staff. Breakfast seemed expensive so had a fantastic and much cheaper one at the airport. Bath small but shower good. Front desk staff on arrival quite condescending and unhelpful but different staff on departure much more pleasant.

We only stayed one night after flying in from Ireland enroute to Cyprus. Everything was perfect, room, staff etc. We ate in the 'Irish' pub downstairs. I had an excellent 'blue' steak which was actually blue and my daughter had a very good pie and mash, although she did have to send it back the first time because it was cold. We left very early in the morning so don't know about the breakfasts. Overall very pleasant stay.
