Leisure & Spa Facilities
This hotel offers many attractive health and leisure features with it's health club, including a health spa with massage, pool, hot tub, scuba diving, horse riding, jogging trails and tennis.
Although this distinguished redbrick Victorian building has only 12 rooms, it has big hotel amenities, including a spacious lobby, extensive exercise facilities, and two restaurants -- one Chinese and one that serves healthy, local cuisine (traditionalists won't be disappointed, however; as fried food can be served). The hotel's color scheme is a distinguished, executive-style gray, enlivened with plenty of greenery, and a waterfall splashes down parallel to the stairway. Although not exceptional, the rooms are modern and comfortable, decorated in neutral shades. The lively bar is popular with staff and students from nearby Queen's University.

The hotel was excellent, quiet and spacious bedroom, good bathroom, very comfortable bed, very good breakfast, and friendly staff. Would certainly recommend the hotel and use it again. Botanic Avenue is a very lively part of the city with good access to the city centre, either walking or by public transport.
