The accommodation was excellent and the view from my room was fantastic and the size of the room was excellent.
I did vist some of the rooms at the back of the hotel and their views were not as good at all.
Certain areas of the hotel need to be re-freshed, when you moved a chair you could see markings on the walls.
For a 5 star I would have expected tea and coffee facilities in the room but these were not available.
I experienced room service and they were very efficient and timely.
Some of the staff could remember to smile but I must say Management were excellent.
