The 240 bedrooms are medium in size and in good condition. All are en-suite, with full facilities. The decor is bright, with mostly dark wood furnishings. These rooms are very comfortable and appealing.
The restaurant features fine cuisine of traditional and continental specialties. It offers a la carte menus and is a fairly formal dining room. The brasserie is informal and serves lighter meals in a modern, light room. This restaurant is open from 6am to midnight.
This is a grand, modern building situated along the street. It looks particularly impressive when lit up at night.
The lobby is very large and grand, with marble pillars and a very long reception desk. There are luxurious sofas and floral displays, creating a welcoming feeling upon arrival.

One of the world's most famous hotels, the Europa is located in the heart of Belfast, close to the central business district. It is only 5 minutes' walk to the shopping district, the Grand Opera House and the Golden Mile. All major transportation terminals are within a 10-minute drive.
Stayed here for an xmas weekend away with my wife and 6 months old son. We notified the hotel that we needed a cot etc for 6 month old son, but they seemed to give us a noisy room where we could here music from one of the many xmas parties in the hotel. The room was very clean and cosy, but maybe a little cramped with the cot. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and nearly all of the staff we dealt with were so helpful, polite and professional. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night on Friday night and we found it difficult to ring down to reception to see if we needed to evacuate the building and no announcement was made to the hotel to confirm that there was no emergency. Also, we found that the lifts were constantly occupied and you could end up waiting 10-15 mins for a lift. Overall this is a really good hotel, but maybe a little crazy a xmas time...
We found this hotel to be very well located, spacious room and one of the MOST comfortable beds I have slept in for a very long time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy with hotel overall and would definitely recommend it to friends.

Always a very reliable top quality hotel. Best location in ...
The hotel was very good and comfortable, its was central to the city and a walk away from the main shopping and social areas. However on our arrival they had no record or booking for our stay and we had to wait about an hour for them to confirm they had a room for us apart from this the stay was pleasant.
