Great hotel, unfortunate location. Its a fine old building with a nice old world feel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff that I met were very friendly and helpful. The only downside - and a major one for me - is that the hotel is across the road from a busy night club. This meant a lot of street noise for several hours each night, along with some thumping music at times. One night was particularly bad but I'm told that was an unusually busy night. I was getting up early for work every morning so by the end of the week I was sleep-deprived. If you're OK with late nights and don't mind a bit of noise then this is a great centrally-located hotel at a great price. But if you need a goods night's sleep this probably isn't the best choice.
