Check-in was pleasant, nice welcome from check-in staff. The room and en-suite bathroom were very clean and nicely furnished. Free WiFi in the room was sufficient for remote login to work. The bed was very very comfortable for a really restful night of sleep. I did not eat at the hotel.

Despite a piece of plastic in my (otherwise wonderful)pasta dish and no sleep due to pipes making a constant noise all night I found the staff excellent and welcoming. I would request never to stay in room 335 again!

Lovely hotel, Check-in/out was very quick, hotel was packed out the night we stayed but all the staff were well on top of everything. Couldn't have a much better location in the center of the town. Only slight negative was when we ordered a bottle of wine to our table, we noticed on opening that there was a glass or 2 already out of it, school boy error!

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The leisure facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient. However I was quite surprised when we arrived that they appeared not to have a booking for us. The receptionist asked would it have been booked in another name? After alot of examining the voucher and checking on the computer she asked would it be ok to hold on to the voucher. I agreed and she then gave us the room keys having checked that the voucher included breakfast.
The following morning when we were checking out there was again confusion. After looking at the voucher the gentleman behind the desk told me that the balance I owed was 91 euro. I explained that the voucher had been prepaid and that I owed nothing. After looking again at the voucher and checking in the back office and looking on the computer he then said we owed 16 euro for coffee and sandwiches. I then told him quite clearly that we had had nothing extra other than breakfast and that that was included on the voucher. A queue was beginning to form behind us at this stage and he then decided that it was ok and he would sort it out. I felt quite embarrased walking away from the desk. It marred what was otherwise a pleasant stay.
