Located in the heart of historic Dublin city, the Hilton Dublin Kilmainham is just 10 minutes by car from the city center and a short walk from Heuston Intercity Railway Station. The hotel overlooks the Kilmainham Gaol and the surrounding area is home to some of Dublin's premier attractions including the Guinness Brewery, Phoenix Park, Dublin Zoo, the National Museum and Old Jameson Distillery.
The bright and airy rooms are very well proportioned at 32 sq m and thus quite a big bigger than it's competitors in the four star bracket. They are modern but homely with luxury bathrooms and all offer complimentary high speed WiFi internet access and plasma TV's. Standard features include Air Conditioning, Bathroom Amenities, Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board, Safe and Work Desk with adjustable lamp. All have views of either Dublin Mountains or the city.
There are 2 options for guests: You can savour delicious Irish cuisine or traditional Sunday lunch in Cinnamon Restaurant or unwind with a whisky or traditional pint of Guinness in the Four Corners Bar and Terrace.
A very contomporary 6 storey building with floor to ceiling windows prominent throughout.
The lobby is spacious and suitable for both Groups and Individuals. It has contemporary decor and owing to the large floor to ceiling windows, light is not a problem and adds a sense of space to the entrance.
This is one of the newer additions to Dublin's 4 star market and is highly recommended. Whilst not right in the middle of the city, it is still in a historic part with easy access via the LUAS tram to the centre. The hotel boasts a LivingWell leisure centre including a hydrotherapy pool and fully-equipped gym. An excellent hotel. (GW 11/2011)

I stayed at this hotel on business last week. While the décor is lovely and the rooms are well laid out, spacious, and well lit, the heating in my room wasn't working. Neither was it working in a fellow colleagues room. The hotel itself is quiet and convenient to rail and Luas lines. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable and the service in the bar was very good. The only thing that was a little negative was that in the morning the cooked breakfast items were only barely warm and went cold very quickly on the plate. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and the rooms were clean, quiet and a good size. Breakfast was good and the staff were courteous and attentive. We had a bit of a wait at check in as a large group arrived ahead of us and our electric sockets weren't working the morning after our stay but overall I would be happy to stay here again.
