The hotel is of a very high standard in presentation and is very clean. The reception area is very well set out with lots of room to work in either the bar or in the common seating area. The bedrooms are large and well furnished. There is also free internet service which is good for both business and leisure.
Food is good with a couple of restaurants and the service is for sure of a high standard. The staff everywhere in the hotel are very good.
The pool is a bit of a disappointment as it seems to be very busy with kids training and is in lanes for this purpose. There is a training area but no sauna.
In general I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to both business and leisure customers.
My stay At this hotel was for 1 night only. On arrival I found the staff to be very helpful. The airline had lost my luggage and the hotel staff were helpful enough to make sure they had all the details they needed so as the airline could contact them if my bag arrived. The room I had was a nice room I am not sure if all the rooms are the same as they show pictures of rooms with more modern decor, and flat panel Tv's. I had a very large CRT TV in my room and the decor was not as seen in pictures in the hotel lifts. While the room and bathroom could have been a bit more modern in decor they made sure that I had everything which you expect from a 5 star hotel. The only negative point was not having a safe in the room and having to go to the reception. Overall a pleasant stay here.
