This long established property has been welcoming guests for over 70 years, having originally been the centre of a spa resort. It is located on the N7 and easily accessed from the orbital M50 motorway network. Originally a fine Georgian house, it has been extended a number of times, resulting in a range of bedroom sizes and styles. All of them are warm, comfortable and well equipped. All-day dining is offered in the Earl Bistro and Bar, with dinner served in the Hanora D Restaurant, a spacious room that retains much of the charm of the original house.
With its unique copper roof tower and its authentic charm, the Lucan Spa has been a landmark hotel in Dublin and Ireland for over 70 years. Located on the N4 motorway and just off the M50 motorway, the Lucan Spa provides easy access to Dublin city centre and Dublin Airport. You can dine in the Earl Bistro during the day or have dinner in the charming Hanora D restaurant in the evening. The Lucan Spa also boasts excellent conferencing and banqueting facilities which can accommodate up to 600 people. Wireless internet access is also available throughout the hotel.

The hotel was okay and the food was excellent unfortunately our stay was partially ruined by two drunks in the bar one who decided to join our small group of five i.e four ladies and myself, the drunk person kept swearing and saying he was Irish , he started to touch two of the ladies, we decided to leave our drinks and turn in and sadly we will not be going back to (IRELAND) again. There was no person from security at the hotel.

Such a bonus to have free and hassle free parking. Room very clean and quiet and breakfast was lovely, just what was needed. Staff very friendly. Very reasonable rate for Dublin on a busy weekend. Good location, close to Liffey Valley and was quick into town on the Saturday morning.

Had a single night stay, business trip, at the Lucan Spa on Saturday 16th February 2016. Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and varied. Location was ideal for me with ample parking. I did, however, get better value on my last stay, but all in all, I would recommend this hotel.

Old style hotel with plenty space and free parking. A bit dated but good service and very good value for money. The bedroom was good. The entrance is quite difficult to navigate for first time customers so check out the directions well in advance.
I had a one night stay at The Lucan Spa on friday March 6th and found it to be excellent value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful and great breakfast.
I will return.
