Overall the hotel was very good. We were in the area for a football match and the hotel is fantastically located for Arsenal fans.
The room was very nice and quite a surprise for the price and location, however the bathroom was quite possibly the worst designed bathroom I have ever encountered. The positioning of the sink made the toilet almost unusable and the shower was flooded.
Apart from that and the noise it was great for our needs as somewhere just to crash out.

The majority of the staff were "indifferent" to say the least whilst one night receptionist was downright rude! ( When asked if there is any way the heat from the towel rail could be turned down, I was told: No! And if you don't like it you can check out!).. The heat was a problem as every room I've stayed in has been very small. During the recent heatwave even the towel rail made a difference as my room was on the ground floor overlooking a general walkway so I couldn't open a window for security reasons and wasn't offered a fan! Would be hard pushed to stay there again!
