Stayed here on 14th & 15th September at a cost of €223.07 per couple on a B&B basis. The hotel is very well located with paid parking close by (in High Street Car Park @ £10 per night). Check-in was efficient and the rooms were well appointed – typical Premier Inn layout, finishes & facilities. The wash-hand basin & vanity mirror are part of the bedroom with the ensuite consisting of the toilet & shower-stall. There is a self-controlled air-conditioning unit in the room which was brilliant as I always find hotel rooms too hot. Hand-soap & Shower gel are provided from dispensers but no other toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the room (431) was in a quiet area. Breakfast was good, with lots of choices and operates on a self-service basis. There is no music in the bar which is a shame and we went to the neighbouring pubs for entertainment. The bar staff were very friendly and willing to chat, which was a welcome surprise. Drink prices were very reasonable.
I have to mention the fact that we had visited the hotel in March but only got to stay one night as we had to abandon our trip due to the sudden death of a family member. We were dealt with on that occasion by Aran, who assured us that it was no trouble to cancel our booking and arranged a refund for the 2 nights that we did not use. This generosity of spirit meant that we could return to complete our visit and his compassion and kindness to my elderly parents was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Problem with card key, had to keep going back to ...
We stayed in Premier in for two nights with no breakfast, room was lovely and looked clean, although it would do with bit of update. Maybe rethink the sink in the room? Even though we were informed in advance, still coming across bit hostel like with current standards and also toilet ventilation didn't work...but overall good 2 nights sleep.
My big disappointment was in quality of beers especially Guinness. Based on that experience we decide not to even eat in there. So maybe, there can be some improvements done.

We booked 2 twin rooms for Saturday 18 April 2015. Great central location right in centre of Cathedral Quarter. Bars, shops and Georges Market all within short walking distance. Nice bar area and lovely breakfast the next morning. Rooms and beds more than comfortable. My sisters who were staying in one of the rooms were awoken from their sleep at 3am by noise coming from next door room but this was dealt with very swiftly at the time and by Ciara the next morning who was more than friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service! That aside we all agreed that we had a great stay and this would not put us off going back to stay again. In fact we are already planning our next girly weekend away.

In town for a birthday party, we'd stayed here before so knew the location was central with parking available at the nearby St Anne's Square. Check in was quick, Andrea gave us all the info we needed. The rooms are spacious and well insulated against traffic noise, the beds are fantastic. The room was clean and tidy. Excellent spot for a visit to Belfast.
