Great place to stay if you are visiting Bristol. Located right in front of the bus station it's very easy if travelling from the airport or using the bus station at all. Located right beside the main shopping area and only a 10 minute walk to the main restaurant and bar areas in Harbourside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and spacious so we had no trouble getting to sleep. The bar/ restaurant areas were also very nice with friendly wait staff. If I was visiting Bristol again would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.
