Beautiful hotel, in a quieter and more modern part of Dublin. The service we received during our stay was excellent and we couldn't fault anything with the hotel itself. We will most certainly be back.
One issue I would have is with parking. The rates in the two car parks (including the Marker's own car park) are far too high. When you consider that a similar five star hotel in Galway City has free underground parking it feels like we have received less value in comparison.

Beautiful hotel, but.....the hotel has 180 rooms and 30 parking spaces!! we were not aware thet you have to book parking in advance. There is a Q-Park around the corner from the hotel (with an over night rate €15). It was full also with a show in the Bord Gas Theatre. Robert (front of house) looked after us so well and found us parking. The rooms and service are fantastic. The rooftop bar is very impressive. Breakfast is served until 11am Sunday's. We had breakfast at 10am and the hot buffet breakfast was very disappointing. Food only warm and overcooked or left there a while. When we were seated we were not told that we could have special orders from the kitchen. The Marker hotel is very nice but not 5 star.

Fabulous hotel in a great location in the city with some nice cafe's and bars close at hand. Brilliant location if your going to the Bord Gais Theatre which is right beside the hotel, The O2 for concerts is just 10 minute walk and the Aviva about 15 mins away. The hotel rooftop bar gives specticular views of Dublin and is a nice experience, hotel breakfast was better than usual hotels I've used in Dublin. The room was quiet and bed very comfortable so if sleep is important to you I recommend this hotel!
One thing to note you must book a carpark space with the hotel before arriving and be sure to get email conformation from them.

Beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff. One of the ...
We really enjoyed our stay which consisted of two nights.
Hotel was located virtually next door to An Bord Gais theatre, where we attended Heartbeat of Home! Our room was spotless, bright and airy.
all staff were extremely polite and genuinely helpful.
I happened to drive over a traffic cone on the pavement outside the premises.
immediately, the concierge was over and got the jack out and lifted the car-no problem!
We were really impressed.
One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in -anywhere- in a long time.

Super Hotel in a great location. Room was superbly appointed ...
The hotel staff were most attentive cheerful and helpful.Meals were of a mixed standard, breakfast was excellent but the pre-theatre food was poor.We got upgraded to a deluxe room but while the view was lovely and the room spacious, there were a few problems.Firstly the times for meals on the information leaflet were incorrect eg.breakfast time was listed as 6.30 to 22.30 and there were other errors also which I brought to the attention of a staff member. The razor socket in the bathroom was completely loose and there wasn't any emergency cord. The hot and cold markings in the shower especially were too small, in particular for a visually challenged person.I also thought the corridors were too dark,For these reasons we regard our stay as only satisfactory
