I booked a twin room, but discovered the hotel's idea of a twin room is one double bed and a sofa. We asked a reception twice but where told on both occasions that this was the hotel's standard twin room.
There was a hen part across the hall that spend a number of hours (between 2 and 4am) running up and down the hall shouting and banging on doors. They were asked a number of times to stop by the hotel staff, to to be honest, the staff were more interested in trying to chat the women up than stop them banging on other client's doors.

Very basic accommodation but staff very efficient & friendly
We just stayed 1 night as we had to continue our journey the next day, but I was a repeat costumer as I stayed there another time as well.
The personnel was friendly, the room was clean and the bathroom as well. The hotel looks quite new. It is quite outside the city centre, but it's really easy to find if you are travelling by car and they have private parking closed by a gate.
I booked the room on the web and I think it was very good value for us as it wasn't an holiday and we just needed a place to sleep. We also enjoyed a very nice breakfast in the morning for 5.50€ per person.

The rooms were very basic but then again so was the price. It was a real case of you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean, spacious and adequate for a short stay. We had to be moved to a second room as the heater in the first room didn't work. The second night of our stay was not too good though as there was some sort of party going on in the room beside us, it was so disruptive that eventually at 6:30am some of the occupants from that room were asked to leave the premises - this was just about 4 hours too late! The staff were very nice and polite.

I was very satisfied wit my stay at the Treavel Lodge in Galway. The person on reception was extremely plesant and helpful and ensured we got all the detail associated with the accomodation. She was also helpful in getting us a taxi to town. We found the rooms to be comfortable and at a perfect temperature in what was a particularly cold night. I was also surprised that they now also have breakfast and dining facilities.
The only small issue I would have at all would be the size of the television.
Overall I was very satisified with my stay
