My friend & I stayed in the Woodlands hotel on the 23rd. We found the receptionist very friendly. She offered us the bridal suite which was amazing. The room was very spacious and fantastically decorated. Over all it was a very enjoyable stay & we will definitely return.

Fab hotel, would recommend it to anyone. We were at ...
I have previously stayed in this hotel and always found it to be very pleasant. While the service in the hotel at the reception, the bar and in the function we attended was excellent as always I have to say the bedroom really left the hotel down on this occasion.
When we checked in I asked for a non smoking room but was told there was none left and so we had to stay in the assigned room. All I can say is I couldn't wait to get out of the hotel the following morning as the smell in the room was so overpowering that even leaving the window open all night still could not remove the smell and odour of cigarette smoke. The worst part of it all was that even the sheets and bed clothes smelled of smoke.
Not a good experience but hopefully going on previous experience this is just a blip and maybe to do with the fact that neither my wife or I are smokers.
